The following is a DWP internal memo about how they view Substantial Risk
www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/upl...e/430908/m-17-15.pdf
A med3 is a Fit Note, there may not actually be one or it may be very old, we think the that the software used to create the report inserts this automatically and assessors forget to delete it when not applicable.
The frr4 form is a record telephone conversations
Finally, a poid1 if Proof of ID.
It can be tempting to try and deal with the errors in the report, but this won't result in an award, at best you would get a new assessment. An award will only be made by your showing that you meet the criteria for one, I'm not saying to ignore the report, but it has to be a secondary priority.

I would stick with the 31st to avoid problems.

Hi, ive been going through everything ready to send off my MR.
Ive noticed on my f2f health report under exceptional circumstances: Non- functional descriptors it says:
'The non-functional descriptors were not considered for this case as curtailment applied.'
Ive seen a bit online and am i right in thinking its because earlier in the report i scored enough points to be awarded LCW?
what exactly are the non functional descriptors?
thanks

Just had a thought these are in relation to regs 29 and 35 arent they?
can i make any use of her statement in the report as it seems she was just happy that i scored enough points that she didnt go into any detail in considering these.

It's the things covered under "Should you be in the support group on exemption grounds?" in the ESA Claim guides.
