Has anyone ever complained to atos about the H.P.?

Has anyone ever complained to atos about the h.p who assessed them I am so shocked about what was written in my report and I want to take the matter further.

Yes, people certainly can and do complain to ATOS!

I was not only shocked by what the Assessor said in my report , but the report itself also contradicts itself many times. There is also the issue where you are meeting someone for the first time and in a 15 minute meeting they can diagnose you better than your own GP and hospital consultants can over a period of many years.

I was angry and thought about complaining when i received my report and sat and wondered if it would really be worth the trouble.

At the end of the day , i think we would be lucky to get an admission of error or failure let alone a letter saying sorry.

I complained about the ATOS HCP following my Son's PIp assesment. She waas aggressive and judgemental, unfortunatly this was one of the assessments that was not recorded.

Recieved a stiock answer from Atos sayhing that the HCp was a registered HCP and trained to DWP standard so complaint dismissed.

But to quote a young lady in a well known early 1960's scandal "they would say that would'nt they".

If you believe that the HCPp failed to meet the requirmentsand standards for care anf ethics of their reguistered organisation make a formal complaint to them.GMC for a Doctor , NMC for a Nurse or HCPC for "other" HCP;s.

No but I should do really the report written did not resemble me at all and the man who came was patronising from the minute he entered my property

I've given up now I just haven't got it in me anymore I will not attend my appeal I just can't face it........
