Sorry but I am not sure what you are after, from a previous post you are receiving the Enhanced Rate of PIP for both components, why would you want to question this award?

Hi
I wish to question I was I awarded 0 points for Planning Route and secondly why my benefit has not increased, when I was only on Middle Rate for Care/Higher Rate Mobility and I have been awarded the Enhanced Rate but I am getting the same amount of money.

Separating the two issues.
If you do not think that you are receiving the right payments for the award you have received, then you should definitely contact the DWP about this.
If you have indeed received an award of the Enhanced rate for both components then there is no mechanism for you to ask about the points you scored for Planning a Route which does not place your existing award at risk.
Whilst the Decision is obviously yours, I cannot recommend that you pursue this, but if you do you must make it completely clear in any communications that you have with the DWP that you are not requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration of the existing award.
