I would always recommend a tracked post if you can afford it for anything that you that a later date you may need to prove that the DWP, etc. had a copy, failing that get a Certificate of Posting which is free.

It's the address of the DWP office dealing with your claim, it will be on the letters from the DWP and the Assessment Provider when they write to you about an assessment.

The letter inviting him to claim PIP, the letter that accompanied the PIP2!!!
