Going onto universal credit from ESA and PIP

I am presently on ESA support group and getting basic PIP on both grades. My area is moving over to the universal credit in May this year. Question would it pay me to move from current benefits to the new universal credit as I am in the support group of ESA for three years we have no saving under £5000 and will have to start paying rent in July amount not know put putting about £600 per month. Any help,or opinion or advice would be helpful. Thanks.
