Hi all, Good news have been awarded enhanced rate for daily living until 2022Delighted with result. Thanks Benefits&work. Unfortunate only got 4 pts for mobility. Unsure weather I should ask for MR. Considering new guide lines.Got the 4 points for Planning& Following journey. Don't really want MR can you talk to CW & explain with evidence . Sent lots of evidence with original pip form.How do I go about explaining new guide lines to case Worker ? Can't really understand new guidelines. Any help would be appreciated. Case Worker is ringing me back . Thanks Again

I'm afraid the DWP will only re-visit the Decision if you request an MR.
Have you read the section in the new guide? It does a better job of explaining the change than I can do on the forum.

Thanks Gordon, Will wait until case mangers rings. See what she advices. Afraid of payment going down as this can happen.
