Hello can anyone help me i am Agorophobic but have been asked to go for an assesment miles away from my home , I have not been out my home for at least 10 years is there anything I can do ? thank you .

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You need your GP to write to the Assessment Provider explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
