Atos HP "manufactured" Pip Medical

I recently appealed against a PIP decision to deny me any award. I was given zero points for everything after being on Middle rate Care and high rate mobility on DLA.I attended a Atos Medical in December 2016. The Assessor's report contained many lies including one that I refused an medical examination. I subsequently appealed and again the DWP Decision maker went with the Assessor's report. Subsequently my friend took a closer look at the report and his eagle eye found that the Assesor had noted that I was seen walking and gripping a stick in my right hand. I have always walked with a stick in my left hand and it is specifically for left hand use! It has a flat base and it is for support and not possible to grip it. I have severe arthritis in all my joints and in my hands which prevent me from gripping anything. I have made a complaint to Atos but they say I need to provide medical evidence to DWP if I have any and that it is my word against the Atos Assessor's. I now have the evidence from my Practioner which says I was provided with a left hand stick which is not for gripping! Medical X-rays show my right leg is impacted more than my left leg. As such the stick has to be held in the left hand. I have submitted my Tribunal Appeal papers. I think I now have proof to challenge the Assesors report. She has certainly lied throughout the report and hopefully this stick issue and gripping issue will highlight this. She also suggested I stood up from a chair by gripping the armrest!
Any help I this please?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You say that you have appealed, have you completed a Mandatory Reconsideration first?

I know it can be tempting to highlight the issues in the assessment report, but this won't lead to an award, the best that can happen is that you are asked to attend a new assessment.

An award will only be made by you showing that you meet the criteria for one so you need to go through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have explained why you meet the PIP Descriptors.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
