PIP EVIDENCE SUBMISSION was created by KEITH ASHWORTH
Having had DLA since 1995, the amount of medical evidence i could produce in paper form is immense!
Q: Can i simply refer them on my PIP Application to previous years'DLA App forms or will they not have them ?
The last DLA App I completed was in 2005 generating an indefinite award.
Thanks.

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

We always recommend that you should send in anything that you particularly wish the assessor/DWP to see. Assessors do not routinely have access to paperwork associated with previous claims. In addition, DWP destroy paperwork after a certain period of time (we have heard varying reports as to how long this actually is).

Please be aware that the PIP descriptors are very different from the DLA ones and PIP was deliberately made harder to get. The criteria are explained in our PIP guide

May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your ESA without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it helps us enormously - and I hope you will find it useful too :)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
