There are so many people who have complained about the errors, to put it extremely politely, of ATOS interviewers.
I know one must focus on stressing how we meet the criteria laid down, and so win tbe battle, as you clearly put it recently,
But if there is no concerted effort to challenge ATOS, their poor quality of service will continue.
Maybe if many in this situation complained to their MP, stressing the state of affairs is such that it is pointless complaining because the format means it is one mans word agsinst another's ??
What is the law in a situation where it is only one person's word against another's?
Is the i(unverifiable) interview format currently available actually fit for purpose? It seems that all interviews should be recorded as a matter of course. I wonder what woukd happen then?

I've moved your post to it's own topic it's not far on the owner of the original topic to post you questions into it.
Claimants can complain to the Assessment Provider, the assessors professional body and they can of course involve their MP.
We encourage members to do this whenever they report problems with the their assessment report, but it has to be down to the individual member as to whether they do this and to what extent.
