Need some help and advice please ,, A freind of my wife's has just rang She has freind who had to go last week He got turned down .? But this is my consern is this On the assasors report written when. The guy left The assessor said that the client when asked to touch his toes he did so with no problem . Now the thing is the assessor never asked to do this now clearly capikta lie and add things to reports surely this is agaagainst the law? I'm not confident they are trustworthy can I do anything to stop them lieing ?

The best you can do for your own claim is to record the assessment, this can keep the assessor in-line with the truth. You need to make a request in writing to the Assessment Provider and on the day you will need to make two simultaneous recordings to tape or CD. You cannot make a digital recording.
