can anyone help me? after supplying dwp with pages of evidence they still insist on sending for me?im also very concerned a friend of my wife rang today ,her friend got his benefits stopped, when he appealed and got the assessment he was very angry ,the assessor put on the form tasks he never Did, now I am going next week ,what lies will they add ,and I'm not allowed to see what they add, this is fraud they will do anything to ruin a life may be mine next week, what do I do?tell them I dont trust what they put I must have some law on my side?what can I do guys

Hi Roy, at the assessment be aware you will be watched by cctv so if you use walking AIDS use them before entering building as cctv is viewing on outside as well. But most of all make sure all your reports are up to date and the assessor has copies. I did not have exspested to get a mobility award but I got the basic amount, I also requested a copy of the report which came within ten days of asking. If you can take some body with you who can make notes if needed can't be stopped or asked to leave. The person with you can't answer questions for you but can remind you to tell or inform the assessor of conditions you forgot to tell them. Good luck.
