Permitted work was created by Clairey
Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me with some questions about permitted work. It seems to be so hard to find information about the details. I wondered if you are doing permitted work then do you hand in your payslips monthly? If not then is their a point you supply them? I have not been given any instructions of what to show and when. The other thing is that if you do ever go over the £115.50 limit per week by a few pounds do you pay ESA back for that week or will it stop completely?
Thank you. Any information very appreciated

There's a guide to PW in the ESA section.

If you exceed the Upper Earning Limit or work 16 hours or more in any week, then your ESA claim will be closed. If you are in the WRAG then you can only do PW at the UEL for 52 weeks.

Try logging out of your account, there's button at the top of this topic.

Log back in and make sure that the tick box for "remember me" is clear, then try to download the guide again.
