Dear Moderator
Is it possible for you to ask a member if I can make e-mail contact with them please? I wish to ask them a question as they have the same conditions as myself, but they always appear to be off-line now.

I'm afraid not, Moderators do not have access to members email information, but even if we did we would not publish it on the forum without the members permission.
