Hi & help Can I put on reasons for appeal tribunal is that the ap did not put what I said in her notes only what she thought. I specifically told her I could not walk 20 metres and walk back and that there wasn't gps letter and consultant letter, this was not documented but she put as I hold two crutches she believed I could walk 20 to 50 metres and there are another ten examples where this has been done. Including using my answer for 1 question to answer another ?

Your reasons for appeal need to be related to your having showed that you qualify for an award, arguing with the assessors opinions at this time does not show this.
So you could say that you believe that you provided adequate proof in and with your IP2 that you cannot reliably walk more than 20m on the majority of days.
