Appeal help please!

There is nothing to stress about. If you do lodge an appeal the tribunal will tell you if your current award is at risk and give you the opportunity to withdraw so keeping the "award " you have.

Thanks again David, I went from indefinite DLA high rate mobility and middle rate care to nothing for PIP. There are more inaccuracies than correct info in my original award and my MR so I don't have anything for them to take off me, It's difficult working out what to put in my submission about the inaccuracies I don't want to put them all in I would rather concentrate on proving I meet the all the relevant descriptors and then hope for the best outcome possible

Cazza, the tribunal panel will be far more interested in hearing you explain your problems and pay less attention to the assessor's report.

Hi, I have not checked in for a while and it looks different, I cant remember or see where I post a new message. so I am posting here.

Just reading through my Consultation report from ATOS, The original report has 27 pages out of 28 pages but the one which came with the appeal papers has a page 28 in it? It states at the top of the page the time it took the HP to write my report up, name of nurse and date, then on the bottom of the pag eit says "For Office use only" and there are a couple of comments in the box underneath, I looked at the sample letter on your site and there is only the top comments on the page? I am wondering if the section at the bottom should not be there? Thank you.
