It certainly won't hurt.

No you don't need to tell then, it is expected that you will do this.

Hi, I am struggling a little filling in section 5 of the SSCS1 form, Grounds for appeal, not sure how much to write as I don't want them refusing me for not sending enough information in.

I have read been reading the PIP payment Appeal Submissions guide. I have just read the short example letter on page 3 and wondering if this will be sufficient to send off to lodge my appeal and then submit a full explanation of what I am challenging in my submission at a later date?

Thank you!

Dozens, probably 100s of members have used the advice in the Appeal guide, if the Tribunal Service have issues with your request then they will contact you so that you can correct them.

Hi Cazza
you don't need full details to lodge an appeal. I lodged an appeal based on the time of day the HP called and that the one hour time slot was not indicative of my wifes condition during the day. we have been granted the appeal which is on going.

Thank you David, that is really helpful. I am just finding it all so stressful now and wondering if it is worth it the affect it is having on my health,
