Hi
I had my review as I was awarded pip for 2 years, but as your aware they look at claim earlier.
Had a face to face at home because of my variable condition.
Got the letter saying all claim stoped no points awarded as the person who looked at claim says I didn't need help, no points for equipment I use such as peaching stool, rails walking stick. Etc ..
The decision maker said she has changed the help I needed. Even though I explained f2f why I need help.
They were just interested in the work I do. In which I explained I have things put in place at work to help me cope also I use coping strategies to get me through the day,which was taught at cbt.
I'm under the care of the gp as the specialist says they can not do any more for me I have seen neourlogist, rhuemotologist,and other consultants. But referred back to Gp.to be looked after.
Should I have asked for the report ? I have phoned and asked for a mandatory review.
What Elise should I do my condition will not change I have fybromyalgia,cfs,hasimotos, titze.

Definitely ask for the assessment report, the Decision Maker will have used this a the primary evidence to remove the award.
When you asked for the MR did you say that you would be providing additional information?
Was it a PIP2 or an AR1 review form?

Hi Gordon,
I think it's the pip2 form yes I did say I would send more evidence.i will call today and ask for report.

Sorry it was the AR1 form not pip2.filled it out with no changes and gave reasons why .

We have seen other members have problems with renewals using the AR1 form, as the form only asks for basic information it is intended to be used with the previous PIP2, but we suspect that in many cases the PIP2 is not consulted if it is even made available.
I would issue a Subject Access Request for all of the documents used in the making of the Decision.
