If I say the Report is not reliable because of these, will I have to do another face to face?

As you are now at the appeal stage it's unlikely but a Tribunal does have the power to order a new assessment but I wouldn't expect them to do so, remember though, dissing the report will not report in an award, this will only happen because you have shown that you meet the criteria for one.

You can always make a complaint to the Assessment Provider and the information you have collected may be of help with your appeal.

It's your choice.
