Where can you go after the Upper Tribunal was created by Keith Bond
Claim for PIP been refused again at the Upper Tribunal. There is a strong indication that being unable to attend in person because of acute anxiety and stress a main factor. I believe my Human and/or Equality Rights are being abused. How can you make a claim against the Human Rights or Equality Acts or where should you go from the Upper Tribunal. I have no income whatsoever.

Welcome to the forum.
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Have you exhausted all of the routes to the UTT?
Your first appeal is carried out by the Judge of your original Tribunal, if they refuse your appeal then you can appeal directly to the UTT.
If you have appealed to the UTT and your appeal has been rejected then you cannot take the matter further without employing a solicitor, the process will take a long time, possibly years and could be very expensive.
Have you considered making a new claim for PIP, there is now waiting period for this?
Have you considered making a claim for ESA?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I am writing one last letter today to HMCTS. In it, i am stating that i believe my Human and Equality rights are being infringed in the form of a formal complaint to the Complaints Resolution Manager. After 36 years at work i cannot believe it is so hard. I have been told i can't have ESA and didn't realise you can open a new PIP claim - is opening a NEW CLAIM actually a prudent and good idea (seems so/ didn't even think about that) ?
Kind regards Keith

PIP is a different benefit from ESA awarded fro different reasons, claimants can be in receipt of PIP and be in full employment.
If you think that you meet the criteria to receive a PIP award then you should consider making a claim, unless you are currently in receipt of DLA, where you should also consider the likelihood of your receiving a higher award under PIP. See the PIP Claim guide for more information.
