hi Has anyone come across a letter you can give to you GP to sign if you are in the support group Esa contribution and not income related that basically lets your Gp understand the importance off staying in the support group and the difference between the two groups, especially if it was too cause significant damage to your physical or mental health ( regulation 29 35) I may have read it with the black triangle campaign. Black Triangle did have a letter but the last time I looked at it I did not think that it met the current legal requirements for Regulations 29 and 35.
