Can someone please tell me firstly if I am allowed to use a computer to write it out or does it have to be in my handwriting?
I have arthritis in my hands and even now my fingers are seizing up just typing this!
do they allow that if I sign it myself??
And lastly can I send any written evidence in with my mandatory reconsideration notice and SSCS1 form before I actually go to the tribunal or does it have to be taken the day of the hearing?

You should just send brief details in with your SSC1 and copy of the MR decision letter.
At some stage you will be sent the evidence 'bundle' from DWP which will contain all paperwork that DWP hold associated with this claim.
We suggest you do not write your own submission until you have seen DWP's (although you should certainly start thinking about it), then you will be able to argue against their points. You will have 28 days from the date of the bundle to get your own submission in to the Tribunal Service.
Don't forget to make full use of the PIP guide. Where the descriptors have more than onbe element, you will have to show how/why you meet them all.
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your PIP appeal without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it helps us enormously - and I hope you will find it useful too

But IF I do can I print and sign any paperwork or does it have to be written??
Looking through the descriptors and comparing the notes on both my very first assessment paper AND my second assessment paper for change of circumstances that the DWP ask for I have noticed quite a few discrepancies between the two papers that are contradicting one another so it suits them.
I will have a look again at the guide but just need to know about the writing if I have to!

I'm not sure what you mean by paperwork? If you mean the SSCS1 then there isn't an electronic version, you can supply your reasons for the appeal on a separate sheet attached to the form, make sure it has your full name and NIN.
If you mean something else then I'm afraid you'll need to explain more
