Angel's PIP topic

I have completed the PIP2 and sent it by special delivery confirmed by text msg it has been received. Will they now look at my ESA Assessment to make a PIP decision as you know the ESA assessment didn't go well at all. I scored zero point on reg 29 mobility bit which I am waiting for an appeal date.. The ESA appeal the DWP have also used the evidence against me that as I was flying abroad surely if I can do sit in the aeroplane for 8 hours I can go and look for a job and have been put in WRAG sorry if I have repeated anything. as I have scored 15 points under special circumstances under reg 35 but nil under 29 what do I need to do to get the points to get in SG for ESA I have had polio since age of 2 and I cannot walk without crutches this is in black and white I don't need to tell anyone because they can see this. And with the appeal what about all the lies the assessor has put in her reports any advise please I don't want to criticise the assessor but she has put pack lies in her report she kept mentioning I can drive automatic car I have a license and she has done her homework on route planning because the two main supermarkets are exactly 7 minutes from my home and I wondered why she is repeating 7 minutes drive I didn't even mention about driving to the supermarket. I'm sorry this is the appeal for ESA from WRAG to Support Group..PIP yet to come heaven help I am dreading

I have moved your question to a topic of its own. We ask members not to tag their questions on to someone else's as it is all too easy for the wrong information to be given/taken.

The PIP assessor might not even look at your ESA award. Even if they do, the criteria for the 2 benefits are very different and the ESA report could be of little/no use.

Whether you need another face2face assessment will depend entirely on whether the assessor believes they have enough information to make a recommendation to DWP without.

Yes I did notice last week that my post wasn't showing and wondering why but i'll try and not repeat the same mistake again. And thank you for your reply..so where do I post I normally go on my profile and post on there what am I doing wrong??
