You are not required to complete the PIP activities without pain but any pain that prevents you from completing an activity should be taken into account.

I would recommend that you go back through your PIP2, the assessment report and he PIP claim to make sure that you have explained your problems in sufficient detail and that you have shown that you meet the criteria to score points.

You don't mention whether any aids would be of assistance to you in completing the PIP activities.

Also make sure you have made reference to "reliably" and "on the majority of days" wherever relevant.

Hi Gordon,

On other point before you reply. forgot to mention it before.

Today my ankle gave way, I fell and ripped open my right calf and broke my right wrist!
now in bandages and plaster!

Talk about worrying about broken bones in my last reply.

Can you please advise on the best way to proceed, based on what the Assessment report said in my earlier email.

thanks

This would be something to include in your review of your previous answers, especially if you can show previous examples where you have suffered similar injuries.

Hi Gordon,

As my hands / wrists are weak, I cannot use any aids to help me prepare meals, have a shower, get dressed etc.
I cannot use walking sticks or crutches for the same reason - I cannot grip them reliably.

Marjorie.

Did you explain this explicitly in your PIP2 with examples of the problems you would have using particular aids?

Hi Gordon,

These Points were all put in as Bullet Points in each of the Sections Extra Information.
They have all been ignored! Or overlooked.

How come they can get away with repeating the same MSO "Proforma" answer for at least 6 of the Sections?
Is there any way to challenge these MSO findings that the HP did? They make me sound as if I am capable of anything, even though it was difficult to do and I showed no extreme outcries of pain, even though it was painful indeed.
I cannot undo Observations.

Thanks

Marjorie
