income based Esa wrag group was created by crowie53
Hi there, my brother who has learning difficulties and other medical problems was on long term IB and in 2013 was transferred to Esa without face to face. His first year was contribution based and subsequent years income based. He has not been reviewed yet, when is this likely to happen. There has been no changes in his condition and he has attended Wrag interviews at the job centre when sent for. i am reluctant to call them and ask in case it triggers a review.
Any advice will be much appreciated

It's possible that a new Decision was made without his involvement, also a number of assessments were deferred in 2014 and 2015 for two years.
I'm afraid the only way to know is for you to call, however, the DWP may be unable to speak to unless you are his legal appointee. Phoning will not initiate a reassessment.
