Advice about new PIP renewal form?

It only says that my therapy has been suspended and I already included a letter and it doesn't affect PIP whether you're working or not.
If I had left it for ages the psychological distress would have been high.
Send it to the same address as your claim form with a covering letter explaining what it is.

If my PIP doesn't get renewed then I'm going to be homeless. Great. I rely on PIP for housing benefit. Feeling suicidal.

There is no legal restriction on what evidence you send, it's entirely up to you.
