It only says that my therapy has been suspended and I already included a letter and it doesn't affect PIP whether you're working or not.

If I had left it for ages the psychological distress would have been high.

Send it to the same address as your claim form with a covering letter explaining what it is.

Just saw this. I phoned them and they said not to do that and gave me a new address which has just been set up specifically for PIP renewal medical evidence. Lucky I checked! Thanks though.

If my PIP doesn't get renewed then I'm going to be homeless. Great. I rely on PIP for housing benefit. Feeling suicidal.

Thank you. That's very true. I filled in the form to best of my ability. I also sent off extra medical evidence but they gave me the wrong address- WV98 instead of WV99 but they said it's ok as they will still update the system, just a different area. He said not to send it again to WV99 as it will get confusing. Hope they receive both.

Has anyone else noticed you can send any evidence you want with standard PIP form. BUT small form only takes evidence LESS than 2 years old

There is no legal restriction on what evidence you send, it's entirely up to you.
