The only place I walk on own for example is from car into shop nearby occasionally or doctors which is a very short distance. It's more the people, how busy/time of day etc that creates the distress of walking on own and being in places which is why I use a high level of avoidance. Driving and the car is no problem for navigating because i'm in my safe comfort zone though I still avoid going out as much as possible. Certainly more than half the week if i were to measure it that way, I can go weeks at a time depending on health.
You appear to be assessing yourself for (e) rather than (d)
e. Cannot undertake any journey because it would cause overwhelming psychological distress to the claimant. 10 points.
