Mandatory reconsideration was created by Alex
Hello,

If you are awarded PIP but ask for a mandatory reconsideration, let's say because you didn't get enhanced mobility. Do you continue to get paid whatever benefit rate they put you on? e.g. just standard daily living?

Thanks.

If you have received an award then it will be paid while you make an MR for a higher one.
