Evidence needed was created by mb
Hi I am under the care of the doctor for my condition who does my medication when I was first diagnosed I was sent every where but now my doctors just do a medication review and look after my symptoms.
I do not have just one dr as they change a lot at my surgery.
The problem I have is oriaginally my dr from a year ago sent a letter to dwp, my condition hasn't changed or the way it affects me.
I haven't been referred anywhere apart from the scans, blood tests.
How can I back up my evidence.
Any advice would be of great help
Thankyou.

There will have been letters that accompanied the results from your scans and blood tests, you should be able get copies of these from your GP surgery. See
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
Are your conditions ones that will not reasonably improve, then you can use older evidence and explain why it is still relevant.
Lots of claimants are parked by the NHS, so it's a situation that everyone in the assessment system is used to.
