someone else filling in form for pip was created by geo.k23
Hi a bit of advise please my wife is filling in my pip form for me as i am finding it quite stressful and i have carpal tunnel which can be very painful what i would like to know does she refer to herself or me ie george is in pain and cant do this or does she fill in i am in pain and cant do this and then i sign it sorry if it sound trivial but i am just not sure kind regards George

If she is using your words then she can use "I", if they are hers then she should use "he", in either case explain what you have done and why to avoid assumptions.

thank you Gordon while i am hear can i ask about the sample pip form on help filling it in i notice that it says at the top of the sample that it relates to england does it apply for Scotland to kind regards George

As far as I am aware there is only one version of the PIP2, but can I ask why you are looking at the sample PIP2, you must use the form that you have been sent as it is barcoded.

If it is a new claim then it will be a PIP2.
