Ready to just jack it in..Grrrrr was created by holeygirl
Hey guys. In a nutshell..support group for 3 years then zero points. I'm worse now than I was back then, WCA report mostly fiction, mandatory reconsideration changed to Wrag. Sigh..got very clear evidence from my gp about my mobility, moving and incontinence. So appeal started, evidence sent in, tribunal date set..but I'm getting hounded for WCA..I couldn't attend because I was having back . surgery that same day..so they sent me another for this Saturday..two weeks post op. They seem to think this is miraculous surgery and said I've now to be reassessed every 3 months. Today I got another letter saying the evidence from my gp had been received but they see no reason to change anything. Three things on the evidence are support group descriptors! Dear god I don't know what to do now. Just want to give up..not what I need after back surgery number 4. Please any advice would be amazing xx .

As you appear to have already arranged one appointment you have to attend this new one or you risk your ESA claim being closed, even though you had Good Cause for arranging the original one and I assume for not attending this one as well.
If you can reasonably attend then I would recommend that you do, the complications that result from a second missed appointment can take months to sort out with no guarantee of success.
I would involve your MP.
Contacting your MP
but it may be too late for them to have any effect.

Thankyou..I just didn't realise I would need repeat assessments when going through tribunal process. I went from zero points to support group at tribunal three years ago with mp input ..being resolved on gp statement before I even got there and received a call hours before my slot.
Much more concise evidence submitted this time but still denied. I'm unfortunately very much incapacitated at the moment due to a csf leak during my surgery..having to lay flat. So won't be attending. Nice of them to give me a whole 2 weeks to recover.

This would be classed as rearranging the appointment.
