Well I am already put off I can tell you - they are already calling me a liar and favouring whats written by their assessor!

It says I put my hands on my head - I didn't - I was not asked - I can't anyway!!

They said I was calm and collected throughout - this is an absolute lie - I was upset and could not cope at one point - what do you do?

Its blatant lies and they proffer their assessors - its stressful enough having to go through this as it is without being made out you are a liar to and prove its made up - its all layered against you! There must be something can be done about this!!

If they are our rights, why do we have to fight for them?

Don't get hung up on the report the Tribunal panel are primarily interested in hearing what your problems are with completing the PIP activities.

Easy to say, not so easy to do, now is the time for a cool head. Don't get mad, get even.Forget the "misrepresentations ", by dwelling on these will not help your case. Concentrate on the descriptors and proving how they are relevant to you. With my rose tinted glasses I believe justice will prevail. I wish you well for the best future you can have.

I had the same, the HCP made many 'errors and omissions' - in fact their report could easily have been about someone else ! The few things that were correct were taken out of context.
The 'evidence' they said they used was listed incorrectly - for example, 9 x rheumatology letters.......I actually sent 5 of these, plus other medical reports and two letters from friends which were not recorded at all! So it seems it is not unusual.
I successfully got award increased at MR, the second decision maker stated that they had contacted theHCP for clarification and had them and amend their report.....hmmmm.
It does make you feel as if you are being called dishonest, I was devasted and gobsmacked when I saw HCP report.
Use the advice on here, go through each aspect they got wrong, explain why it is wrong and hopefully you can show HCP report is unreliable due to number of errors and omissions .....it worked for me.
