The letter says I need to provide them with key details but at the end of the list is says "your usual account details" what does this mean?

I have little problem with this but the letter only gives a phone number to contact and I find it very difficult to use the phone as I am sensitive to noise and cannot concentrate. Am I able to contact them with my details by post to the address at the top of the page?

I recommend that you make the call yourself or get someone to do it for you, you will need to be with them to answer the security questions. Although it is a reasonable adjustment to ask to make a paper claim every member who has done this has had serious problems in getting the forms.

I would swap my £70 odd a week for my health, the DWP seem to think we love it (being ill).
Good luck.
