Today I got that brown envelope inviting me to apply for PIP`s
Before I was on a Indefinite award, Now with the time scale being so long ago just a little worried about the lack of evidence with what the lack of a new date on it is slightly worrying.
when on the letter it asked me to phone and let them know what I want to do, they asked me" if I wanted then to use my old DLA stuff " I thought for a minute and had to say { well yes please if it will help} I hope this was not a mistake, and they also asked asked WHO will be filling the PIP`s form in, I told them well I don't know I will have to look at it myself before I work that one out
So I then phone a independent help line asking if there is anyone who can help me fill this form out I have a appointment In March but I had to phone ans ask for a extension first as it would not be done in time, this they did, but I have a appointment with at my Doctors made long before all this PIPS turned up but since the last time most of the doctors have gone or retired from the practice this also worrying me.

I wouldn't worry about the DLA information, but if it is information that you think would be relevant to your claim then I would attach it to the PIP2 and that way you can integrate it in to your answers on the form.

If you do use a someone to help you complete the form, please make sure that you are happy with the answers that they are supplying, this is your claim and only you profit or lose by how it goes.

You can always request you medical records from your GP practice.
