Hi its very difficult to estimate as it varies but i am trying to fill the form as best i can i have put 4 out of seven days are bad days which is an estimate as it can be more is this acceptable to be honest even a good day is difficult regards George

We recommend explaining how you are at your worst, how your are at your best and how you are on the majority of days. If you don't explain your good days then there will be an assumption that you have no problems on these when the reality may be that you are simply not as bad, but still significantly affected.
