Iam so sorry I have a really silly question with claming pips are you allowed to say that someone voluntes at all for giving something back ?

Are you saying that you volunteer or that someone volunteers to help you?

If the former, then it is up to you whether you mention it or not, but if the information is known by the DWP and you don't report it then it may count against you.

If the latter then you should certainly mention any assistance that you can receive.

HI Gorden yes i do but before I did local disability advice at my local council, they said that it would be ok just because I get DLA don't mean i cant get out of the house for 3 1/2 hours a week
