help on Q3 please

Hi a query on Q3, if you cant do any of the tasks how can you answer the descriptors eg tell us how your condition affects you doing this activity when i cant carry out that activity then it goes on to ask how long does it take to cook a meal when i have said i cant carry out this activity and as you know it keeps asking questions aids i use when all this is done for me because of my disabilities and all the questions are worded the same a bit confusing help please regards George

i said in the last post i cannot make a meal due to the fact i am a danger in the kitchen not just to myself but anyone else if i explain why i cant do these activities why ask how long it takes when it is not relevant due to the fact i cannot do it is there a law that say whether i can do it or not i must explain why i cannot do and after i have explained why i cant do a particular activity i should have to explain what i can do i am very confused i must have this form in by the 8th of march can i ask for more time as it is very confusing and i realise if i answer wrong i will lose what i have got i have at the moment high DLA and Middle care i have had this for 15 years i have filled out forms in the past but this is the most complicated ever due to the way it is worded and what response you give thank you in advance for any advice kind regards George
