CS, what an awful situation ! Can you get a mental health professional to back you up regarding the severity of your symptoms ? I can't believe how difficult this is for you, after all you are not the only person on benefits that is homeless. I hope the PO box advice helps,you out. Maybe homeless charities may have some ideas for you? Could you get your ex to tell them he made a malicious complaint regarding the fraud ? I feel for you and hope it works out. Please take care and try not to get too stressed - you need a clear head to fight this.
hi looked at your post. firstly don,t worry. the dwp should not of stopped your benefit. they should really of sent you a letter stating a quiery had arisen regarding your claim. They should of made arrangements for a face to face with you at home to discuss it. if there was no substantial evidence to support this quiery then that should of been the end of the matter. I know this might be difficult for you to get out the house, my advice is get yourself to the citizens advice bureaux asap. they should get your benefit reinstated or at least on hard ship grounds. would be interested in following your story. sorry if spelling is not as good. i have experience of this in the past. regards spuggy
