Can anyone tell me where I can find this judgment please showing its reference number. Thanks in advance Alan
The information is in the current PIP Claim guide, however, the DWP have made changes to the Going Out Descriptors which reverse the Decision with effect from 16 March.

Alan wrote: You are quite right Gordon about the date16 March. The thing is all applications/claims for PIP prior to the 16th March are governed by the tribunal rulings and not the change in law. Only PIP claims after the said date are bound by the change in the statutory instrument, I suggest we all get our MP's to PRAY literally and get them to support the annulment of the bill.
Actually it will be Decision and not claims.
