You are taken off ESA and put on JSA? Is it the same reduction or on JSA is it not as helpful?

if you are talking about means tested ESA & JSA they are both "passport" benefits to HB so in theory for Council Tax deduction They should be the same.
However LA's have some discretion in how they provide CT Reduction

I was just worried that if I had to move on to JSA following my assessment result, that my council tax would sky rocket back to original amount which is unaffordable.
