You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report next week by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
Decisions are currently taking 2-4 weeks.

Rang them this morning - still no report, but it's only been a week since the F2F.
The DWP staff member confirmed that there was a note on file, (dated 13/03), that we had requested a copy of the report.
She could give me no idea of when to expect the report............... so still waiting!

There should be no reason for the report not having been sent to you - unless it is still with the assessment provider. It might be worth contacting them and asking whether the report has been sent to DWP yet.

Hi, my husband had a f2f in Cardiff with Capita also on the 9th march, I rung DWP on Monday and was told they haven't received the report and wrote for them to send it out to him she n they receive it. He is still waiting. Perhaps they have a few to see to, the Cardiff centre seemed very busy.
