The HP who did the assessment has wrote in most of the boxes the following:
the informal observation noted that she walked slowly to the interview room, she had a limp, she used the arms of the chair to sit and rise
The HP has wrote this in her reply in 5 out of 8 times, how can she just write that every time.
What can I do to reply to this sort of report?
Thanks for any advice

If they have used this for Preparing food, as an example then you could certainly ask the relevance of this to the actual activity, but remember you will only receive an award by showing that you meet the criteria for one, so this should be your priority.

Thanks Gordon, I was thinking along those lines, as the times the hp wrote this don't seem relevant to the activity that she is writing about.
How much would you advise criticizing the HP and her report, could it do more harm than good?

I certainly wouldn't major on it, I would imagine the Tribunal panel get this at most hearings and they don't have a huge interest in it, they will be focussing on understanding why you should score the points for an award.
