PIP late appeal was created by greenlioness

Hi
I applied for PIP, was unsuccessful as got awarded 7 points. I wanted to appeal. I got an advisor to help me by a charity referred to me by the CAB. They helped with the Mandatory Reconsideration but DWP did not change their decision. I decided to appeal, again the advisor was dealing with my case. After not hearing about my appeal I chased this up, only to find out the advisor never sent off my appeal papers. This has since been done but of course the tribunal service say DWP can object to my appeal due to lateness. This is very worrying for me. If the DWP won't accept my appeal because it is late, how long is it before I can re apply for PIP again?

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I would be very surprised if the DWP object, but if they do then you can make a new claim immediately, there is no waiting period.
