New Member needs help

Hello I am a newie, i filled in the ESA form last October received letter to attend Medical 1/3. Spoke to my GP asking for support as i am a amputee who cannot wear a prosthesis as I have a stress related form of dermatitis all over my stump and several other places over my body, I have severe arthritis in both hands my left wrist and knee. I have also only recently stopped being a out patient of Springfield Mental Health Traumatic Stress Service after 6 years. I was diagnosed as suffering from severe PTSD, depression and compulsive disorders my Beck Depression Inventory was 53/63 indicating an extremely severe level of clinical depression. I have a history of self harm and suicide attempts. My GP I have only just found out also filled forms in October stating I needed a home visit. I rang the DWP and asked for this. I was advised my GP had to fill in further forms which were meant to be faxed over but the receptions posted them and they never arrived. Last week she wrote another letter stating I needed a home visit. The date for the medical was changed to 24/3 to await paperwork from GP. Today i phoned the DWP again to be told that my request had been assessed by a committee and turned down, I am waiting for my GP to phone me but I really do not think she is taking it seriously enough. They know how ill I am but have never been that great since my clinical psychologist transferred my care to them. Please can someone help me I have no family and rely on a direct payment carer and a few friends for help.

Thank you for advice about my name, finding this site very difficult to get around. I phoned the Health Assessment Advisory Service and they have given me loads of phone numbers all Wimbledon numbers (that's where the medical is booked) they seem to have access to all the info immediately. I have not seen any of the letters my doctor has written as I do not go out unless I really have to, then someone is always with me as I am in a wheelchair, which I can only self propel for a few yards. I feel too unsafe when I'm outside even with someone with me.

I have replied but nothing seems to be posting?

I recently joined have managed to post once. The problem I am having is trying to find my way around this site, I log into Members only but cannot find any of the info that was spoken about in the free area. I am about to have a medical for ESA I am on Income Support. I want to know what sort of questions I will be asked and any general info just need pointing in right direction please.
