Good Evening all
What year did ICB ESA take over IB?
Also I know that DWP need to be informed of any changes , however,
When a private pension kicks in do I have to declare the lump sum as well as the monthly/yearly figures

They started transferring claimants in October 2010.
For ESA(CB) they are only interested in the regular payments.

So 2010 is when the 365 rule came in for ESA CB

No the 365 day rule was introduced by the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
