Home Visit - Changes? was created by KathyS
Hello, I would be grateful if you could tell me whether the HP who attends the home visit will if asked, change an answer that was inadvertently submitted on the original PIP claim form.

Also if you have one or two additional pieces of evidence will they include those if a copy is handed to them?

Many thanks for the help.

I would write a letter explain the change to the PIP2 and why what you originally wrote was wrong, you can then hand this to the assessor when they arrive and ask them to read it with the other evidence and include it in your file before they proceed with the interview.

Thank you Gordon for your help so far. I wonder if you can tell me whether during a home assessment, it's normal for the HP to ask you to perform physical tests during the assessment. I am just trying to prepare my husband for what might happen on the day.
It was TrueCrimeQueens post that made me think to ask.

Thanks so much

They may ask him to walk a short distance and they may perform a set of basic physical tests, limb movement and reach, grip, but nothing more than this.
