The SSAC were to discuss the "anxiety exclusion" amendment of the PIP regs amendment which was raised as urgent legislation recently. I can find no reports on the outcome of the SSAC . Anyone have any update?

they have not looked yet and might not.......................................................................the Department for Work and Pensions will present the regulations to the committee for scrutiny at its next meeting on 8 March 2017. they will consider at that meeting whether or not they wish to take the regulations on formal reference or to comment further. The outcome of that meeting will be published on our website in the usual way(.Dwp)
