Hi.... I decided to ring DWP this morning to see how my claim was doing. I know its only been over 5 weeks, but two people have got their appointments for f2f who posted theirs after me.

They said It can take up to 16 weeks some are a lot less depending on the health conditions and evidence.

She said she would look at my case and said:

''They have everything they need, its waiting to be looked at''

Does that mean I will have a f2f or have I bypassed that?

As they referred to "they" I think it more likely that they mean that the Assessment Provider has your PIP2 and everything attached to it.

The DWP will not know what is happening with your assessment until you file is returned to them with an assessment report, so if you want to know what is going on you should contact the AP for your postcode.
