Could someone please help. I am a live-in carer and receive payment via direct payments. My employer receives ESA( support) and DLA (middle) we have informed the council but do we need inform DWP? also as only work part-time can I take a extra job without having to inform DWP. Sorry but simply nobody knows even DWP and CAB Thanks for any help.

From your post you do not appear to be receiving any benefits from the DWP, so what you do is up to you providing it is not at odds with your terms of employment in regard your caring role.
If your "employer" is receiving the Severe Disability Premium, then your living with them will prevent payment of this and the DWP need to be informed. Also, if they are receiving any Income Related ESA, then they should inform the DWP about your living with them as a carer in case the DWP assume that you are in a relationship and treat you as partners.
