I probably wouldn't quote the Descriptors verbatim but there are key words and phrases that you should include, assuming they are relevant, in preference. As an example, a lot of members refer to anxiety when talking about their problems with the Going Out activity, the Descriptor uses the phrase "overwhelming psychological distress".
